What we collect. When you use the quote form we collect your name, phone number, postcode and the details of the job you describe. We do not ask for or store payment details.
Why we collect it, and who we share it with. We use it for one purpose: to match your enquiry to a local tree surgeon who covers your area, and to pass them your details so they can call you back with a quote. By submitting the form you're asking us to make that introduction.
Marketing. We won't send you marketing unless you ask us to. The consent box on the form covers contact about your specific enquiry only.
Retention. We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to make and follow up the introduction, then remove them.
